Excimer 308nm laser is an ultraviolet B radiation system consisting of a noble gas and halide. It is a form of targeted phototherapy and is considered to be one of the choices to deal with severe local vitiligo and psoriasis.
The basic effect of 308nm UV-Light is promoting the differentiation and development of cells and stimulating the remaining broken cells to apoptosis eventually.
308nm UV-Light can be applied to treat vtiligo,psoriasis,inflammatory acne and eczema.
