Actually they are both fractional RF technique, the difference is that one uses the needle on the front outlet while the another one doesn’t. Since there is no medium with the laser technique, the laser can only reach the deep layer of the dermis by increasing the power, but by doing so it will cause certain damage to the epidermis. The micro needle itself does not transmit energy, so after reaching the deep layer of the dermis, the energy delivered by the needle can achieve the therapeutic effect without increasing the power.
